My passion has always been to help others in their time of need. My gentle approach, calmness, and empathy have been noted by friends and family. Life coaching to me is an essential service in all matters of life. My own journey has given me a deep understanding of life's ups and downs and the steps needed to relaunch the next phase of your life. It's never too late and you are never too old to achieve what you have always dreamed of.
I have been working in the education field for 24 years and have had many conversations with students and staff alike who are facing uncertainties and anxiety over their future. By going through the process of determining your goals, life purpose, and meaning, together we can discover what your strengths and unique abilities are. The process will lead to a journey of self-discovery which will facilitate the decision-making process and set you on course to attain your goals.
