I have been working with Lisette for over 2 years. It started with leadership coaching when I took on a challenging transformational project at Sneak Energy as their Fractional CMO. As a seasoned executive Ive always been able to bridge the gap between visionary ideas and tactical execution. However I always struggled with setting the right expectations, building respect and working rapport with C-suite colleagues that may have different priorities and delegation. As such before working with Lisette I would often hit burnout, become ineffective in the long run and more frustratingly fail to build long lasting C-suite relationships despite delivering business results. Lisette helped me become aware of these behavioural patterns and specially shined light on the root causes which had become my belief system over the years. Equipped with this specific knowledge I felt empowered and then Lisette, using her experience, technical skills, compassion and attentive listening skills, helped me uproot through these ingrained behavioural patterns one by one. It did take us over 9 months of weekly sessions to tackle them but 2 years on and I feel like I have become a more effective leader who is able to be effective and confident for a long duration. My 360 feedback score has significantly improved across the board, my peers as well as my direct reports. In conclusion, my experience with Lisette was nothing short of transformative. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to bridge the gap between their current state and their highest potential. I started working with Lisette during a transitionary period in my life after having left a job that left me in burnout. When I saw her "Leadership in Life" coaching package, I was very intrigued, as I wasn't sure what I wanted to do next in my life: try something new, stay in the same industry, etc. After working with her over a couple of months I gained clarity first on my values and vision for the future, which then lead me to be able to create attainable goals for 2024 that will help me reach my vision for the future. It was a very difficult (mentally and emotionally) process for me, but Lisette was compassionate, listened with an open heart and mind without judgement, and it was the perfect thing I could have done for myself by working with Lisette on this. For the first time in my life, I'm making intentional steps towards my future.
