About Me

I am ICF PCC accredited Career, Leadership and Executive Coach.
I help individuals to look at their careers and manage them wisely, in line with their talents, calling and professional aspirations. And it all starts with awareness of who we are, our values, life and professional goals. I love to support and empower female leaders to take their space and work on individual leadership style, building effective teams and partnership positions in the organisation. And this all by keeping work-life balance and following their values and life priorities.
I also work with youths on finding clarity for their professional development, with individuals entering professional life after long leave (eg. maternity leave), and looking for career pivot (changing profession or getting promotion).
I have 17 years of experience in multinational organisations, in the private and public sector (European Commission), navigating my career between expert and managerial/leading positions (HR Manager, Business Project Manager, Quality Manager, Auditor), which enables me very well to understand the business context of my coaches.
I am Polish but lived abroad in several countries for 20 years. I know what it is like to take big risks and make brave decisions. I understand greatly the challenges of facing other cultures, as well as the dynamics of transitions and changes. I have worked to stay faithful to my dreams (I travelled the world with a backpack and got to all continents and became professional musician), this is why I want yours to become a reality as well.Once you make the first step on the road to your dream(s) the horizon of possibility is much wider then you ever thought.
I will encourage you to see challenges from different angles and to explore your known and unknown potential to find the best possible solutions. All in the atmosphere of trust and safety.
