About Me

For most of my life, I believed that being calm and easygoing made me lovable. I was the peacemaker. The fixer. The “safe space.” But under the surface lived a fear of conflict, rejection, and being “too much.” I became an expert at hiding my feelings, accommodating others, and silencing the voice inside that whispered, “what about me?”

It wasn’t until my body started to speak the truth I’d been avoiding—through illness, exhaustion, and emotional shutdown—that I finally stopped running. Healing didn’t come through more perfectionism or people-pleasing. It came through courage, embodiment, and radical self-honesty.

Coaching became the vessel through which I reclaimed my voice—and I realized I wasn’t alone. There are so many of us who have dimmed our light for the comfort of others. So now, I guide people back to themselves.
