About Me

I help busy female professionals and college/graduate students navigate the challenges of work-life balance, career development, and personal growth—without sacrificing your well-being and loved ones. I have been a working professional myself for over ten years, including working in executive-level environments, and I understand the struggle of juggling multiple, and often, seemingly competing priorities in life. As a wife, a mother of two, and a mentor to college students outside of working hours, I have experienced needing to take a step back at times to prioritize well-being of myself or my family. At other times, I have experienced making decisions to push myself a little more to keep myself challenged and not stagnant in my personal growth.

Through our conversations, we will explore what is truly important to you. You will arrive at a new insight, or make a decision that will bring you peace.
