About Me
Having experienced profound personal loss and multiple life changes, I know how overwhelming it can feel. When I lost a father figure to suicide at a young age, dealt with years of health challenges, and faced career uncertainty, it often felt like I was walking through a thick fog, weighed down by emotions I couldn’t quite understand. During those times, everything seemed harder, and the weight of the uncertainty left me feeling stuck. It was in those moments that I discovered how crucial it was to have a guiding hand—someone who could help me navigate through the fog and find my way again. That’s why I’m dedicated to helping others work through their grief, regain their sense of self, and move forward with renewed clarity and purpose.
My Coaching Approach:
I believe that the answers lie within you. My role as a coach is not to fix, but to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and create a safe space where you can find clarity and strength to move forward. Whether you're processing grief, navigating a career change, or struggling with health challenges, we will work together to uncover what truly matters to you, regain your confidence, and create a path that works for you.
Certifications & Experience:
I’m an ICF-trained and accredited coach with specialized training in grief and loss. I hold my ACC (Associate Certified Coach) and am currently working toward my PCC (Professional Certified Coach). My professional background in talent acquisition and building technical teams has given me a unique perspective on navigating career transitions, professional growth, and aligning work with personal values. With over 18,000 candidates helped through career pivots and job changes, I understand the emotions tied to those big transitions, and I’m here to guide you through them.
