About Me

My name is Maria, I was born and raised in Hamburg, Germany, lived in Spain for 7 years and in the Uk for the past 12 years.

I am now training as a Transformational Life Coach at the Animas Centre for Coaching in London. The transformative approach they teach allows coaches to work at a deeper level than coaching has traditionally been known for, so that significant and lasting change can take place.

My background is in art, fashion and music, and my interests lie in spiritual self development, holistic teachings and practicing mindfulness. I use self reflective tools and educate myself on human consciousness, metaphysics, and different approaches in therapy, that facilitate my understanding of myself and human nature and the collective and personal challenges we face.

I am passionate about collaboratively exploring a clients thoughts, challenges, ideas and goals, by looking at the clients world views impacting their experience of life and way of being and and helping them to bring themselves to greater self awareness and an opportunity to reshape many ares of our lives.
