I am trained and certified as a Life Coach with more than 10 years working as a consultant in the business world. I have experience and insight into the working life from several perspectives.

Growing up in with a single working-class mom and as the oldest of 6 sisters, I refused to let my circumstances define who I would become. Instead of using my environment as an excuse, it was the main fuel to my fire.

I realized the power of education, leadership, entrepreneurship, and how it impacts people’s lives and communities. In 2003, I graduated from Locke High School in South Central Los Angeles, received my B.S. in Los Angeles and my M.S. in Engineering Management from Denmark in 2010.

The last 10 years of my life I have been immersing myself in spirituality, human behavior, and energy medicine. My adult life has also been dedicated to understanding the connection between Mind, Body, and Spirit as well as work-life balance. Aside from working, I also have two beautiful children, two dogs and I live with my husband in Denmark.

My life goal is to continuously assist women and individuals in the fight of their lives. I have learned that life is a battlefield, and I have a passion to help people realize the power they possess by unlocking their potential to fulfill their visions.
