About Me

As an Emmy Award–winning television producer and senior manager, I’ve spent more than 25 years leading high-performing teams, mentoring talent and navigating the pressures of demanding professional environments. In leadership roles at major media organizations, including serving as New York Bureau Chief for Extra and News Director for Fox 5 New York, one of the things I valued most was supporting people and fostering their growth.
Those experiences taught me that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to people. Everyone has different strengths, goals, challenges and aspirations. That belief is at the heart of my coaching.
As an ICF-credentialed Life & Career Coach, I work with people who are navigating a crossroads, a life transition, a career change or an important decision and want support as they figure out what comes next.
My approach is calm, collaborative, creative and productive. I help clients cut through the noise and chatter of everyday life so they can focus on what is truly important to them. Together, we put possibilities on the table — from the safe and practical choice to the enormous leap — and explore what each path might look like.
You remain in the driver's seat. You set the agenda, identify what matters most to you and make the decisions that are right for you. My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, help you see possibilities you may not have considered and support you as you move forward. I also believe in accountability — helping you turn insight and decisions into meaningful action.
I work with both women and men at different stages of life and career. Whether you are considering a career change, navigating a personal transition, questioning what you want next or simply feeling that it is time for something different, coaching can provide the space to step back, reflect and move forward with intention.

After spending my career working for major media organizations, I am now creating my own next chapter and setting my own agenda.
