About Me
Mathilde LUCAS has been working in SAP for 10 years in a sales position, partner business management and customer engagement executive. She’s energic, results oriented and enjoy to feel impactful on her organisation. Her coaching certification Erikcson made her changing the way she’s managing her carreer focusing on what is important for her. She’s really demanding toward herself and independant. Practicing sport every day before the work day helps her to get clears goals and focus on the priority and coaching give clarity to her purpose. She has 2 kids and if her job is inspiring her, she wants to be there for them.
She is positive and open minded that’s why it’s important for her to interact daily with international people being able to improve the current situation. She knows building strong relation ship and enjoy understand the purpose of every stakeholder in order to influence them. Coaching is her passion she want to support every client in their business and life journey
