About Me

I started my journey in motherhood while working in finance for a Fortune 500 healthcare company. I naively thought my new working parent identity would be just as easy to navigate as all of the other life goals I'd checked off my list up to that point. How surprised I was when I found myself completely conflicted (and exhausted) with the dual passions I had in motherhood and my career! I was driven to discover how to do both in a way that met my own definition of success, and through that exploration, I started establishing resources for other mothers in the workplace.

​Today, through Momiculture, I support women and mothers in leadership positions directly through my own coaching practice, and working parents of all identities indirectly by providing finance and business development consultation to businesses in the parenting support space.

​For me, thriving in work life motherhood means an eyes-wide open, values driven and action-oriented journey. It is not passive or static or generalized. It is an intentional and active pursuit that iterates throughout our lives and is individualized.
