About Me
I am the Founder and Head Coach of CEO of Your Life, partnering with executives to lead real change—clarity first, then action. Before coaching, I spent 20+ years in corporate, culminating as VP Marketing. I know the pace, politics, and pressure to deliver quarter after quarter—and the cost of leading on strategy alone.
My work brings heart and strategy together. I help leaders align who they are with how they lead so decisions get clearer, presence steadier, and results more consistent. Typical outcomes: sharper decision-making, stronger stakeholder trust, healthier culture, and teams that scale without burning out their best people.
I am a Master Certified Coach (MCC)—a credential held by only about 4% of coaches worldwide—and an ICF-accredited CPCC, CTPC, and Conscious Business Coach. I am also a bestselling author, keynote speaker, and a certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE Canada).

Melissa is an inspiration! She is very good at finding out who you are, what your strengths are, and how to make sure potential clients and employers know these things about you. She gets to the root of it all, making your message much more powerful. Working with her, I improved my materials by understanding myself better and by understanding the proper way of presenting the information I needed to get across.
