How Do Sessions Work?
>There is no session commitment; you decide how many sessions you would like as we go.
> Sessions are 1 hour over Zoom every 2-4 weeks.
> Homework is optional and geared to further your growth journey.
> My office hours are Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM Arizona Time
