    About Me

    I support people who aren’t sure if they need a therapist or a coach. I help clients improve their mental health, and live a life of purpose.

    Does anxiety, low mood or poor self-esteem keep you from being fully present with loved ones? Do you feel overwhelmed by daily pressures? Are racing thoughts, constant worry or negative self-talk holding you back from enjoying life to its full? Is it hard to motivate yourself or be assertive?

    I know the burden of an unfulfilling routine and negative patterns of thinking and behaving. I appreciate the struggle of people-pleasing, procrastination, perfectionism and self-sabotage. Being battered by your emotions is lonely and isolating.

    I’ll provide exactly the guidance and support you need. You can show up for yourself and others as you so desperately want. It’s possible to set those boundaries, create that routine and build self-belief. You will be able to set and meet those goals. I can help you.

    I am both a coach and highly experienced therapist that offers a unique blend of evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and transformative life coaching. This means you don’t need to decide between therapy or coaching. Together, we’ll identify what’s holding you back, set clear goals and help you develop a practical toolkit to help create the life you want.

    My clients describe my support as transformative, compassionate and expert. I have helped hundreds of people regain control of their thoughts, emotions and actions. I’ll sit alongside you with complete faith and positive regard. You’ll gain a sense of peace, purpose and control, equipped to help yourself and enjoy life.

    I have 16 years’ experience working for the UK’s National Health Service as a therapist, supervisor and manager. My coaching training was completed with Barefoot Coaching. I have extensive training as a CBT therapist, EMDR therapist and Occupational Therapist, and am registered with the BABCP and HCPC.

    Words do not do justice! My sessions with Menah were really insightful. She helped me to lead the discussion, unpicking the focus when I had too many ideas to think about and every session left me feeling more positive and that I had a plan to move forward. Her really kind and calm manner allowed me to be at ease and she is reassuring that nothing is too small an issue. I have lots to move forward with after our sessions.
