About Me

My ideal client:

I coach people who want to connect to a clear and empowered sense of who they are, and the value they have to offer to the world. My ideal client is willing to take action and hungry for change in their lives.
My people are asking the hard questions – who am I, really? Why do I feel stuck and unfulfilled? Other people’s lives seem to be working, why do I feel left out? Did I miss it? Do I have what it takes to go after what I want?

The process:

For clients who know they want to grow in a greater connection to who they authentically are, we start with exploring resources to identify their core identity (and how that is separate from what they do or how they perform in life). They say experience is the best teacher for a reason, and often it is only once action is taken that some of our most deep-seated beliefs about ourselves and the world rise to the surface. As a coach I will help you recognize and overcome in areas where limiting beliefs come up, which serves as a catalyst to your process of growth.

It's important to me as a coach to do my best to create a space where my clients feel safe, inspired, empowered and imbued with courage on their journey of personal growth.

My journey:

A large part of my personal story involves going from having no sense of personal identity or confidence to definitively overcoming in this area. Experiences like this have shaped me and given me a passion for helping others recognize and live out the greatness inside of them.

I majored in Sociology and Philosophy for my Bachelor of Social Sciences Degree at Rhodes University. I then went on to do my Honours Degree in Sociology in 2014. After studying I served as Executive Director at Every Nation Church, while concurrently being involved in counselling and mentoring. After some time, I decided to do my Life Coaching Certification, so I could better live out my passion and partner with people on their journey through life in a full-time coaching capacity.
