About Me

I spent most of my life helping people navigate conditions they didn't believe they could handle:

On San Francisco Bay as a sailing instructor and First Officer on Charter Vessels;
At UC Berkeley for twenty five years as a Training Manager, developing programs for researchers, faculty, and staff.

And then, as if arriving where I always was headed, a full immersion into energy medicine and hypnosis.

What shaped me most, across all of it, was witnessing the moment someone discovers they can do something they never believed possible. That moment became the thread I have followed ever since.

My practice, Hypno Energetics, draws from hypnosis, energy medicine, somatic awareness, neuroscience, and parts therapy.

The work is integrative by design, woven together in real time around the specific person in front of me. Each 80 minute session moves through mindful conversation, meditative guidance, hypnotic suggestion, and aligned action.

I work with people who have already done the work. Therapy, books, reflection. They understand their patterns and are still stuck. What they are looking for is movement. That is what this work creates.

I trained through the Academy of Intuition Medicine® and the Jacquin Hypnosis Academy.

I bring to this work everything that came before. The mariner reading conditions before they become urgent. The trainer meeting people where they are. The witness to change that moves quietly and further than expected.
