About Me

I'm 38. I grew up in the Boston area. Been living in NYC for 15 years.
Had a number of previous lives - community organizer, social work, public policy, advertising. At 35 I got some coaching and discovered I was floating around like a leaf in the wind - that was my world - a little good at everything, not great at anything. I got this and started crying. I had been blaming everything in my past - where I grew up, my parents, my kindergarten teacher, the universe - for my dissatisfaction. I took a and stand and from that moment on, made a commitment to excellence and living passionately. I dedicated myself to my coaching practice and my love of acting. That's it.

I love love. I've been in a lot of relationships and made a lot of mistakes along the way. Now I stand for everyone on earth being in love. I want to go to tons of weddings.

With me: You will experience and discover the presence of love.
We will actually do it, rather than talk about it. My coaching is not Pollyanna, not positive thinking, not feel good – it might be uncomfortable at times. It will not feel good, it will BE good. It might even feel bad for a moment. Transformation is not for the feint of heart. But if you want to actually get unstuck and stay unstuck, let's do it.

Drawing on my performance background, I love working in-the-moment to create breakthroughs. We may role-play a tough conversation, breathe together, practice self-expression, or make discoveries through mutual inquiry. We will also make and follow a game plan, a completely new future, inspiring for your life.

My goal is to leave you capable to take your life into your own hands and continue to create breakthroughs for yourself. We’ll know our work is done when you have the sense that you are at the steering wheel of your life, able to create your desired future.
