About Me

I am a Personal Development and Support Coach currently pursuing my Associate Certified Coach credential with the International Coaching Federation. Some of the other hats I wear (at various times) include teacher, educator, librarian, reader, learner, student, singer, musician, dog foster, fur mama, aunt, sister, daughter, secretary, sounding board, and maker of lists, but I am rarely a chief cook or bottlewasher.

I believe that everyone deserves access to the level of support they need to get through each day, week, month, and year of this weird roller-coaster we call life, and that no one should feel shamed or lesser for asking for that support. I am happy to work with anyone, as long as both the client and the coach feel like there is a supportive fit where growth and development can take place. As a Personal Development and Support Coach, my job is to support you in developing into the best person you can be. In addition, I incorporate mindfulness and somatic coaching, which means I use mindfulness techniques and practices to bring awareness to the client and the coaching, and I also use the wisdom of the body as information on where we are and where we might need to go next.

That being said, I have particular interest and skills around the topics of authenticity, connection, fulfillment, mindfulness and stress-reduction, wants and needs in relationships (all types), educator burnout, and extra-therapeutic support (working with therapy clients between therapy sessions as part of a therapist-coach wellness support team).
