For over half a decade, I’ve worked as a coach specializing in substance use recovery and trauma-informed care. I know how heavy the past can feel — how triggers, old patterns, and emotional wounds can keep you stuck. I have walked through the fire and have come out on the other side with 8 years sober from alcohol and opiate addiction. That’s why I’ve created a space rooted in safety, empathy, and zero judgment — a space where you can turn inward, unpack what’s been holding you back, and begin to rewrite your story.
