About Me

I am a highly successful business leader in the technology and finance industries that knows the challenges that high-performing individuals face. These challenges can manifest as imposter syndrome, narcissism, low-self awareness, hyper-awareness, difficulty maintaining relationships, among many other things.

My goal in my practice is to act as a "life analyst" in addition to being a coach. I take an expansive view when evaluating the source of my client's concern. For instance, an issue at work may be caused by a lack of technical skills or by a lack of emotional management skills. The work I do with people is evaluate all of these possibilities in a non-judgmental way and come up with tangible solutions for how to address them.

The scope of solutions I come up with my clients varies as widely as the problems they have. As an example, I can:
* Identifying missing professional and technical skills to improve upon
* Identifying issues with communication and recommending key skills, such as active listening
* Identifying issues with emotional self-regulation, and suggesting specific remedies such as cognitive defusion, opposite action and radical acceptance

As a Life Analyst, it is my job to understand my clients, unpack their pain points, and recommend solutions. I'm looking forward to working together to find the solutions that work best for you.
