UrTruePotential exists because many individuals face obstacles like those I encountered and looking for ways to enhance their results and overcome those limits.

Hi there, my name is Mohammad Al Jasmi, from United Arab Emirates and a father of two. I grew up in the City of Dubai and had an ordinary family where my father was a government employee, and my mother was a full-time mother.

Growing up, The environment that I grew in was not the best to offer positive growth. On the contrary, it made me doubt myself and my ability to achieve. I was making other people’s expectations be my destiny of what I can achieve.

Despite challenges, I was able to restart my life again after several setbacks, change my environment, challenge myself to new horizons, and find my true potential. I started making my own rules of how I want to live life and how I want things to be. There was a struggle along the journey to find my actual values and leave old habits and believes that no longer helpful. It’s a long story to be shared fully later.

UrTruePotential is an embodiment of the life I lived and what I was able to achieve. Now I am ready to support others achieve the same on their own terms through coaching.
