I came to Keji at a point where I was ready for a change. I have a real passion for the field I trained in, but I wanted to explore a new direction. I just didn't know how to translate my background into something new or where to start. Over about two months, we worked together on figuring out what I actually wanted next. Keji evaluated my resume and gave me a document to work from, walking me through the specific adjustments I needed to make to position my experience for a completely different field. We also did interview preparation together, and even though that particular round didn't lead to the job I ultimately landed, the frameworks and approach we used stuck with me.
