About Me

I moved to Canada in 2011 and the first thing on my mind was "How do I get a job to match my skills and experience?" LinkedIn was fairly new at the time and I didn't have anyone I knew in my field of expertise in Canada. I was lost and soon became very disappointed. However, I was fortunate the wait was not long, and it was all about a bit of hard work, networking and being at the right place at the right time. I wished that there was someone who understood my struggles and helped me navigate through the transition to a new life in Canada and help me manage my career. As several professionals started approaching me for guidance, I felt I needed a more structured approach to help them. With the hope of helping individuals in the same predicament that I was in, I founded Navigate Consulting in 2018. In addition to being an MD with over 10 years of experience in the daring world of pharma, biotech and clinical research, I am an experienced and certified life and career coach and mentor for international medical graduates who have immigrated to Canada. I have helped several immigrants in getting career ready and navigating other aspects of moving to a new country. I was once where you are right now, and I will do my best to give you the guidance and support you need and deserve!
