About Me

I started out life as a H.S and college teacher of literature. I helped start several alternative high schools, then left formal teaching to collaborate on a stress management program , “The Stress Reducer” published by Soundiscoveries, Inc.
From there I attended many workshops and trainings - then launched Urban Revival Personal Growth Consulting in Boston. I enjoyed a decade of Personal Growth Consulting before taking a break to launch GENERATIONS cinema•stories in Boston- a two person video production studio. Many years later, during COVID, several former clients from decades past contacted me and once again I was seeing clients, doing personal growth consulting, now virtually. I work with many modalities, including mindfulness, meditation, visualization,writing and more. For dome clients who are local, I also offer breathwork.
I am thrilled to work with my wonderful clients and have expanded my practice. I am told I am funny, compassionate, creative and helpful.
Presently, I also teach Memoir Writing.
I have a husband of many decades, a wonderful daughter, son in law, and grandson. I also have a fat, calico cat named Katniss.
