About Me

I believe coaching is about unlocking potential and igniting personal growth. My approach is rooted in creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to define their own version of success. My coaching style is collaborative, curious, and infused with compassion. I ask powerful questions, challenge assumptions, and help clients tap into their inner wisdom. I’ve seen firsthand how a supportive, thought-provoking coaching relationship can shift perspectives and open up new possibilities.

I am a Master Professional Coach, certified through the Certified Life Coach Institute, an ICF-accredited certification program. I also bring over 16 years of experience in clinical work, where I’ve supported people through different stages of their lives. This deep foundation in mental health and human resilience enables me to meet clients where they are and help them move forward with clarity and confidence.

Outside of coaching, I enjoy reading, learning, practicing mindfulness, challenging myself mentally and physically, being in nature, and cultivating self-discipline and gratitude. I bring these elements into my work, encouraging clients to approach their journeys with curiosity, courage, and a sense of adventure.
