With over a decade of experience leading high-stakes engineering teams, I understand the demands of decision making under pressure. My background spans building particle accelerators for proton therapy centers across three continents to leading satellite computer design teams for NASA missions. Living and working in Germany, Sweden, China, South Korea, Poland, Belgium, France, and the U.S. taught me adaptability, cross-cultural communication, and the power of emotional intelligence in leadership.

Beyond organizational leadership, I founded and grew a community of more than 5,000 members. That experience gave me firsthand insight into building trust, fostering engagement, and motivating people outside formal hierarchies. I learned how to create alignment, resolve conflict, and turn challenges into opportunities for growth.
