About Me

I’m a software engineer, teacher, speaker, and an IT specialist turned coach. After years in tech where I built software, mentored developers, and led dev teams, I decided to share my experience and knowledge with more people. My new mission is helping people get out of their imaginary box and really build thriving lives, teams, and businesses for themselves, their companies and communities.

I believe we all have endless talents and unique places where we find joy, fulfillment and happiness. Sometimes, things get in the way, and I’m here to guide you find the way to keep your path clear, whether it’s career shift, leading teams or running business.

My work has two components:
1. Guided building of strong foundations and resilience to maintain the focus and momentum to create the life of your liking. This means improving mental fitness and agility to deal with demanding undertakings and recovering setbacks easier.
2. Coaching you to do the unthinkable - admit what you actually wish, find the right motivation and the best path to go get it.

Personal growth was always my thing: I’ve researched topics from psychology, philosophy, and therapy. I went into yoga and meditation, both as a practitioner and a teacher. Coaching is my way to integrate the engineering pragmatism and scientific discernment with all those perspectives.
