About Me

I come along side leaders who are interested in personal growth and value the growth of the people they serve.
I have 18 years of successful leadership experience, caring for teams of 25+ staff, volunteers and leaders. Prior to that I graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate, as a college athlete, obtaining a full ride scholarship. I have always pushed myself to give my very best, and helping others do so along the way. You as the leaders are the cap of success and health of your organization and team, which is why personal development is a must.
I became a director in child welfare at the age of 27 years old and I am considered an expert in that field. I have a growth mindset, and I am a student of Servant Leadership, self-taught and have been trained by leaders like Tom Yeakley, US Field Director for the Nations, Navigator’s Ministry. This passion has helped develop staff and volunteers to grow programs statewide and build new innovative homes supports for youth. I find that staff and volunteers are the backbone to every organization, my specialty is the people side of a business or ministry.
I currently am taking over ownership of a small agency in the field of child welfare, and own a side business as an entrepreneur. I sit on the board of, The Best is Yet to Come and enjoy mentoring young visionaries. I have been married 20 years and have a 19 year old at Point Loma Nazarene, who is Pre-Med and a 16 year old daughter who is an elite athlete.
Developing people of all ages is my passion. Many feel as if they have no purpose in life or direction, yet we all have a purpose! It is exciting every time I see those I coach become self-aware and deepen their understanding of the impact they make on the world around them.
