Welcome to my page! I have 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist helping clients navigate their close relationships, assisting gender diverse individuals to access their true selves, and guiding others through persistent life problems such as mental blocks, loneliness, and low self worth. I am delighted to continue this work as a life coach by supporting whatever transition you are navigating in the moment.
I can help anyone on the LGBTQ2A spectrum, I am very informed about attachment anxiety and relationship dynamics, I am trauma-informed, very experienced with abuse recovery, and have great insight into the perimenopause journey.
