About Me

I coach leaders who want to communicate with more clarity, confidence, and intention — not by becoming someone else, but by becoming more fully themselves. My work is rooted in the belief that leadership is a relational practice. When leaders understand how they show up, how they’re perceived, and how their behavior shapes the people around them, everything changes: conversations get easier, teams get stronger, and decisions become clearer.

My coaching style is direct, warm, and grounded in real-world executive experience. Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 15 years in senior HR and operational leadership roles — including serving as a Vice President of Human Resources, a Chief Operations Officer, and a strategic advisor to CEOs, Boards, and private equity investors. I’ve led organizations through rapid growth, M&A integrations, cultural transformations, and the messy, human moments that happen behind closed doors. Those experiences shape the way I coach today. I understand the pressures leaders face because I’ve lived them.

As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation, I bring formal training in evidence-based coaching methods, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal communication. I also hold advanced credentials including SPHR, SHRM‑SCP, Prosci Change Practitioner, and CHRO certifications from Wharton and PE‑Xcelerate. My academic background includes a Master’s in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s in Management Science — but more importantly, I’ve spent my career helping leaders navigate complexity, conflict, and change.

In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns that shape your leadership — the habits that help you, the ones that get in your way, and the opportunities you may not be seeing yet. I use a blend of reflective inquiry, practical tools, and real-time feedback to help you strengthen your communication, build trust with your team, and lead with greater presence and intention.
