About Me
I coach organizational leaders and high-performing professionals who are navigating growth, increased visibility, and more complex expectations at work.
My coaching is grounded in the reality that leadership isn’t static. What got you here won’t always carry you forward. As roles expand and stakes increase, leaders often need a different level of clarity, self-trust, and strategic thinking.
I bring a direct and practical approach to coaching. I ask thoughtful questions, challenge patterns that aren’t serving you, and help you slow down just enough to think more clearly and act more intentionally. This isn’t about surface-level motivation. It’s about helping you lead in a way that is effective, sustainable, and aligned with how you actually want to show up.
Professionally, my background is in Human Resources leadership, where I’ve worked closely with executives and leadership teams inside growing organizations. I understand the pressure leaders face when business demands are high, decisions carry weight, and there’s little room for missteps. That perspective shapes how I coach.
My work often centers on executive presence, decision-making, communication, navigating change, and leading through complexity. Clients come to me when they’re stepping into bigger roles, managing more responsibility, or simply recognizing that their current approach isn’t enough for where they’re headed.
My process is straightforward. We create space to think, get clear on what matters, identify what’s getting in your way, and move forward with intention. I balance reflection with action so you leave each session with insight you can actually use.
