What's Coaching Like With Me?

Wondering what my "it" factor is? Why I have such a high client satisfaction rate?
I hope everyone is doing well! Usually, the first question my prospective clients ask me is, “What is coaching with you like?” Well, that is a great question. As a coach (and as a human being), I am transparent, emphatic, focused on the present moment, yet futurist, resilient, caring, and committed to your progress. I help you see the blind spots that are holding you back from achievement and I assist you in moving from non-productive behavior and thought processes to optimism. I am here for you through the ups and downs of life and the times we may need to go back to the script and make changes. I have a vested interest in you succeeding. Because I do coaching because of my passion in addition to my full-time professional (Human Resources Leadership).
The next question typically goes into my “it” factor, “why me versus the other coaches?” Well first off, my focus is within your career, but to help you make those modifications, I fully (by practice & theory) understand how the other areas of your life directly impact the changes and choices you will make in your career. I just don’t give you a resume, I help you dig deeper, I assist you in making a radical change in your life so that you don’t negatively impact the three other spheres, by having a well-thought-out plan for success. I have researched and developed a solid process built on goal identification and achievement through the four spheres of life (career, financial, personal, and wellness complete with a fantastic workbook).
I am successful in helping all my clients realize the possibilities they have in front of them. As well as make calculated and well thoughts out decisions they can feel great about. I am also proud to boast a 97% rate of success of clients reaching their four spheres of goals (that is not an easy feat at all).
