About Me

I spent seventeen years leading teams in a global transportation organization and nearly twenty years building and running businesses, including a logistics company. Along the way, I learned that leadership can be rewarding, but it can also be overwhelming when every decision seems to land on your desk.

That's why I founded Summit Leadership Systems.

I help transportation and logistics leaders, business owners, and professionals cut through complexity, solve challenges, and focus on what matters most. My approach is practical, grounded in real-world experience, and focused on helping clients make better decisions and achieve meaningful results.

If you're looking for an advisor who understands your industry, has sat in your chair, and can provide objective perspective when the stakes are high, I'd be happy to connect.
