Hello and Welcome to Midlifery™

I'm a certified leadership coach with a unique focus: I work with women who have built, led, and achieved in life and livelihood and are now asking, "What's next for me?"

In my own Midlifery, I have had a successful hospitality career and have four girls, three young granddaughters and been married to my guy for a couple of decades.
After earning my coaching certification, I joined a business coaching firm where I deepened my skills, refined my approach, and gained hands-on experience working with a wide range of clients. That foundational work gave me the confidence and clarity to launch my own coaching practice.
Today, I specialize in supporting women navigating business success from executive leadership skills to launching a side hustle or manage a career transition. I provide the support to talk about personal and family matters that all make up redefined definition of midlife.

My coaching style is a mix of grounded strategy and spacious reflection and conversation. It may include a great podcast episode I found or a journal you begin to actually use.
I am warm, clear, honest, and deeply supportive.
I ask thoughtful questions, help you listen to your own wisdom, and create structure and accountability around your next steps wherever you decide you want to go.
