About Me

Hi there! I’m Coach Paty, a Certified Health & Life Coach through the Health Coach Institute (an ICF-approved training provider) and the founder of A Better You Health & Life Coach LLC. I specialize in Transformational Mindset Coaching, helping individuals break through self-sabotage, create empowering habits, and step into the confident, fulfilled version of themselves they were always meant to be.

My coaching philosophy is simple but powerful: Transformation begins with awareness, grows through consistency, and thrives with compassion. I believe every person has the power to change their story once they learn to shift their mindset, reconnect with their purpose, and take small, intentional steps toward growth.

Through a supportive, judgment-free space, I guide my clients to uncover limiting beliefs, develop self-discipline rooted in self-love, and build daily habits that align with their goals and values. Before becoming a coach, I spent years working in management and early childhood development, where I learned how deeply mindset affects not only personal well-being but also relationships, success, and emotional balance. That experience now shapes how I coach, blending empathy, structure, and strategy to help clients create real, lasting change.
