About Me

Hi there! I’m Coach Paty Sanchez, a Certified Health & Life Coach through the Health Coach Institute (an ICF-approved training provider) and the founder of A Better You Health & Life Coaching LLC.

I specialize in Transformational Mindset and Whole-Health Coaching, helping men and women overcome burnout, manage stress, rebuild healthy habits, and create balance in their mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
