About Me

Paul Jaconette, MPH, ACC has over 30 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare organizations. Coaching has been a passion of his and an integral part of his leadership and management. He is accomplished in individual coaching, leadership development, and team development. He earned a Certificate in Professional Coaching from the University of California, Davis. He is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a member of the ICF-Los Angeles Chapter.

In addition to coaching and leadership experience, Mr. Jaconette is adjunct faculty at the University of California, Santa Barbara where he teaches an undergraduate honors seminar on the healthcare delivery system. He volunteers on three boards of local healthcare organizations.

Mr. Jaconette earned a Masters in Public Health-Health Services Administration from the Yale University, School of Public and bachelors degree in Cell Biology/Human Physiology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

He is the father of two adult children, one an elementary school teacher and the other an information technology professional.
