Hi, I’m Paul, a certified coach and founder of Man Reforged, a coaching practice dedicated to helping men unlock the life they’re truly meant to live. My mission is to guide men through transformative journeys of personal growth, helping them break free from toxic shame, Nice Guy Syndrome, and limiting beliefs to discover authentic strength, purpose, confidence, and healthy masculinity.

As someone who has walked this path myself, I know what it takes to rebuild a life with intention, resilience, and confidence.
