Hey, I’m Peter Boniface. For over 40 years I’ve led teams and big operations across 22 countries—building partnerships, hitting stretch goals, and learning what makes people and organizations really click. But what truly fires me up now is working one-on-one with individuals who are ready to level up.
I love helping people go after whatever lights them up—whether that’s climbing the career ladder, smashing triathlon PRs, creating art, deepening relationships, finding inner peace, or anything else that matters to you. A little about me: I’m an amateur triathlete who recharges through open-water swims, sea kayaking, adventure motorcycle rides, yoga, and daily meditation. Those practices keep me steady—and they proved their worth after my 2021 motorcycle accident. What could’ve been the end became a restart: within months I was back leading at full throttle and racing triathlons again. That journey taught me (and now I get to share) how much strength we all carry inside.
