Maybe you got an ADHD diagnosis later in life and something finally clicked. Your history started making sense. The intensity, the creativity, the exhaustion, the sensitivity all began to line up, and with that came both relief and a desire to move forward with more intention.

Maybe Perimenopause arrived and turned the volume up on everything. Focus got slippery, brain fog moved in, and the strategies that once worked stopped working. Your nervous system got louder, your energy less predictable, and the mental load you've always carried started feeling heavier.

Maybe you're someone with a lot going on inside. Many interests, ideas, and directions pulling at you at once. You think in connections and come alive around possibility. You're not looking for less of that, you're looking for a way to work with it.

Or maybe you're burned out. You've been capable and high-functioning for a long time, and the effort has quietly cost you. You've kept up appearances, met the demands, and pushed through, but something has hollowed out along the way. You're not sure when you stopped feeling like yourself, but you know you want to find your way back.

A lot of my clients come to me during midlife transitions, when old strategies stop working and pushing harder only leads to burnout. I especially love working with mid-career professionals, creatives, and LGBTQ+ folks, though if any of this is resonating, you're likely in the right place.

I'm an ADHD coach with a background in tech and a creative practice as a collage artist. My own late diagnosis and Perimenopause experience shapes how I show up with clients: with warmth, lived understanding, and tools that actually land in real life.
