About Me
I coach professionals with career related questions. Some of my clients are early career, others are experienced leaders and they come from diverse industries and locations including Europe, US and Asia.
Clients come to me with a wide range of questions and struggles, with most keen to make a change professionally. You may experience the same. Perhaps you feel like you are going through the motions and feel uneasy or unfulfilled and wonder whether you are on the right career path. You may be juggling work and other responsibilities and feel stressed and torn. You are transitioning from individual contributor to leader and feel insecure or on shaky ground. You may be looking to improve your performance and/or skills in a certain area. Or you may be looking for outplacement support.
You are not alone and I can help. Through working with me clients get back on track and can move forward again. They have all gained insight on what they really want professionally and have a first-rate level of self-awareness. Some take the step they have always wanted, others decide on a new career or continue with new energy in their current role. All leave with a renewed sense of confidence.
My clients benefit from close to 30 years' international corporate and consulting experience working as a senior HR leader with organizations, teams and individuals. I also bring more than 20 years’ coaching experience. My formal education includes coaching studies at the Dutch Academy of Psychotherapy in Amsterdam and at the Henley Business School in the UK and I hold a Masters in HR. Last but not least, I have experienced the joys and challenges of being a human being and working mother to four kids.
During our discovery call you share your story, what you'd like to achieve and my approach. If we're a good match you can expect a result-oriented, personalised program, of 5-8 individual coaching sessions where you shape your goals and turn them into action.
