Hi, I’m Racquel. As someone deeply passionate about compassionate healing, I
understand how heavy it feels to be in a body that’s unpredictable. I have lived with POTS ( autonomic nervous system disorder) for 10 years and I have a son with a autoimmune disease. I have 19 years background as a medical assistant and surgical coordinator working with individuals who deal with complex health conditions. My coaching blends holistic wellness principles, gentle accountability, and self‑compassion practices so you can rebuild trust with your body and create a life that fits your energy.
