I am an executive coach and a management consultant with more than 30 years of experience in the consulting industry. After a distinguished career that included leadership positions at prominent firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM in India, I am currently the owner of Cohere Consulting (cohereconsulting.com). In this venture, I offer executive coaching services and a suite of consulting services, specializing in the strategy-to-execution domain, independently and also leveraging a network of like-minded professionals.

As a coach and mentor, I work with CEOs, CXOs and mid-level leaders and believe in 3Ps – Purpose, Potential, and Performance as cornerstones of coaching. I blend my coaching approach with my long consulting experience to achieve transformative outcomes for my clients.
