Ralonda Reed Sardis, Mississippi
Life Coach, Relationship Coach, Christian Coach
One of my goals as your coach is to inspire you to live with confidence and to get you to understand the power and value of living a life of HOPE every day. As your coach, I'll help you to focus on what matters the most. I'll be your biggest supporter, accountability partner and goal pusher during the times that seem good and bad. I'll challenge you to reach beyond what you are able to touch and to go beyond the distance you are able to see. Many of my clients come to me broken. They've been broken by family members, friends, co-workers, neighbors and broken as a result of their choices. And because brokenness never travels alone, my clients bring with them low self-esteem, depression, unbelief, doubt and distrust. All of which leads to an unstable lifestyle and a lose of direction. Nurturing HOPE in my clients has proven to be the key of inspiration to their success and restoration in life.
With over 11 years of working in ministry in leadership roles and offering spiritual encouragement to many, a Master's Degree in Pastoral Counseling, Certificates in Coaching, being a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, membership with The American Association of Christian Counselors, and a life filled with loads of life experiences to share puts me at a great advantage to help bring you HOPE in the best way possible and in almost any situation you may find yourself..
"Changing Lives One Conversation at a Time"
I was introduced to Ralonda Reed in March of 2018, we met through a friend of mine who was also a member at their church. When I first started talking with Ralonda we communicate through text message. Which that's what I preferred at that time. She made herself available to me day or night and I believe she did that because she knew or could sense how broken I was. Ralonda always seemed to give me the right amount of whatever it was I needed at the time. Sometimes that was once a week and other times it was two or three times a week. It's been a little over two years and Ralonda Reed is still in my life and I have no regrets. Our text messages have gone from texting, to phone calls, to in-person meetings and even her supporting me as a single parent at my baby shower. She's personal and private and being from a small town where everyone knows everything about you, this means so much to me to be able to share with her and gain insight without the worry of anyone else knowing or finding out my stuggles. I cherish this relationship she has built with me and I dare not take it for granted. My process has taken time but I can't see myself ever getting this far without the help from Ralonda. She has gotten me to the point where now I am doing monthly or bi-monthly accountability check-ins. Her character aligns with the person she is. Ralonda has helped me to develop into a better version of me. Her patience, listening ear, knowledge, attention to details and passion to help bring hope to those that truly want to be helped is what makes Coach Ralonda the best.Janet Jones
