About Me

Ralph is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) with a focus on assessment and evaluation, strength-based approaches, positive psychology, and resiliency. He enjoys supporting individual clients and teams in successfully achieving their personal and professional goals through the use of assessment tools and proven methodologies to enhance potential. He works with individuals and organizations to identify blindspots, potential problems or barriers, weaknesses, and areas of success for continual growth.

Ralph’s coaching philosophy is rooted in positive psychology and flow methodology. Using questioning techniques, he works with clients to actively facilitate the creative process to enable the client to generate ideas to reach their desired goal(s). This process involves five steps including: awareness, motivation, creative planning, achievement, and focus.

Ralph is a certified practitioner of numerous assessments and methodologies, including DiSC, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, MBTI, Leadership Effectiveness 360, and Strong Interest Inventory. He works with diverse industries, including education, fashion, retail, and financial or business services. Clients range in size from small, growing entrepreneurial and start-up firms to large, well-established organizations. With a vast amount of experience working with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds including LGBTQ+ individuals, Ralph is committed to supporting your individual coaching journey towards growth and possibilities.
