I graduated from the Health Coach Institute 2025 January. I struggle with ADHD and have struggled with culture shock myself. It was a hard uphill battle learning the tools to succeed in a world that doesn’t accommodate us. I received a lot of help from professionals that set me in the right path. Watching people around me struggle motivated me to give back by becoming a coach myself! I look forward to working with you.
