About Me

As a Certified Professional Coach, I am not a therapist, although I have extensive training in psychology. My process differs from therapy in that I help you achieve present and future goals. I specialize in positive life coaching, transitional coaching, and entrepreneurial coaching. More specifically, professional and personal growth, work/life balance, life coping skills, and life transitions.

My clients come from all over the world and have a wide range of disciplines, including teachers, career changers, artists, writers, business professionals, college students, healthcare clinicians, military personnel, and empty-nesters. I work with entrepreneurs from 15 to 75 years of age. I have helped clients in various areas, including marketing, management, business and career development, startups, public speaking, sales, networking, and relationship building.

As a member of the International Coach Foundation (ICF) and a trained professional with over 10 years of experience in coaching and 20-plus years in business and startup environments, I can help you achieve extraordinary things.

My sessions are all virtual over the internet. I offer a free 30-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit and to define your goals. I am excited to work with you and see you blossom.
