After 25+ years of sitting around conference room tables with other leaders I recognized the passion and skill that I have for maximizing what a leader or team of leaders are capable of.
My journey as a leadership coach began during my successful corporate career, where I held executive positions in companies with revenues ranging from $20 million to $2 billion. Throughout my career, I had success at various levels driving revenues, profits, and team engagement.
