I am a PCC Certified coach from ICF, Accredited Master NLP Practitioner and Group Life Coach, with a MBA in HR from TISS, Mumbai. I will be able to add tremendous value to you through Leadership Coaching, Business and Career Coaching and Career transition coaching.
I have been able to help individuals with regard to their careers, relationships at work, leadership skills, performance and other issues. I help my coachees find their ideal fitment in terms of profile, resolve issues that they are facing in the work place and outside which are impacting their work. However my greatest contribution is to help them define key performance areas and help build on both performance and potential through coaching and other interventions. I have worked with Executives at all levels from entry level to Heads of Department and CEO level.
I have more than 25 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources, covering the entire gamut of the HR function. By virtue of experience across Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Pharma and other industries I have a very good understanding of what drives people in organisations and the issues and concerns they face. Coupled with this I have developed modules for Career, Leadership coaching and other areas with structured sessions that help you grow and reach your goals and objectives.

VerifiedI started my journey with Ruth as I wanted to clarify some doubts about my career and what I really wanted from my professional life. The first two sessions were spend building up my professional character and it really helped me realize what my true likes and dislikes were. It really helps when you have such a caring and though-provoking person such as Ruth on the other side and you get the feeling that the person is there to guide you through your inner thoughts. It helped to get such a clear picture that we broadened our horizons and touched different aspects of my personal and family life in the next sessions.
