About Me
I’m Sakina Ramzanali, CEO and Founder of Neurohack Coaching.
Over the past 20+ years at the highest levels of business, I’ve built global teams, helped scale two companies to unicorn status, and led growth as both a Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Revenue Officer. I know what it takes to deliver results under relentless pressure while balancing leadership, life, and the inevitable curveballs that come with ambitious careers. That lived reality is the foundation of my coaching.

With a Master’s in Neuroscience and Psychology from King’s College London, alongside coaching certifications, I combine neuroscience, behavioural science, and practical tools to help clients spot blind spots, shift unhelpful patterns, and build strategies that hold up in real life, not just on paper.
I work with CEOs, executives, and founders who are running companies and need support to stay clear-headed, resilient, and effective under constant pressure.
