I've been on this path as a trained life coach for over 5 years.

I've helped a range of organizations across sectors, from IPL teams like Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders, and large corporates such as Dove and WeWork, to even successful advertising agencies like Schbang achieve peak performance.

I like to create a deep space to help individuals overcome obstacles, become the best version of themselves, and live their best life.

Just like you, I've also experienced pain and had to overcome countless challenges. I’ve put in a lot of work to get to know myself and the path to living a fulfilled life. 

I've worked with individuals who have lost their loved ones, had serious illnesses, and had major life changes and I've also worked with some of the highest-performing individuals.

In both instances, everyone is trying to live their best life, and that’s what I’m here for. 

Continuously growing is important.​ I focus on upskilling myself by training with experts in the field of human behavior, joining panel discussions, speaking at events, and being a part of communities that research the human mind.

When I'm not working, you can find me reading and sipping on copious amounts of coffee, most likely with an old vinyl record on loop.
