About Me

I am a professional and leadership coach with a PhD in Business Psychology and two decades of supervisory experience in the corporate world. Over the course of my career, I have seen how even the most accomplished professionals can struggle with burnout, self-doubt, and uncertainty about their next steps. My mission is to help ambitious, driven individuals move past these challenges and create meaningful, sustainable growth in both their careers and their lives.
